noncore Salt Lake sold
In Sweden we now have received information, confirmed by the Management, that the property Salt Lake, now has been sold!
First Energy Capital has been in charge of the Salt Lake sale.
That means new cash to an already extremly strong balance sheet!
We have not received any information about the price yet. Maybe we will be informed from the Management when the reserves update will be presented, in the end of january.
If we look at the values presented in the Sproule report from aug 31 2010 they estimate Salt Lake to a pre tax NPV value, proven and probable:
at 10 % discount 34 mill. $
at 15 % discount 24 mill. $
That would mean that we might look forward to a price over 20 mill $, for one of the noncoreobjects, to an already nondebt-company!
